What began as just a twinkle in the eye of its creators, USR now sports a healthy roster of diversely talented artists from all over the world. From the beginning, we didn't want to restrict ourselves to any one genre. We wanted to promote free music of all varieties: ambient, Hip Hop, Indie, IDM, and more. Notwithstanding the electronic music bias of its main content manager (MonoCulture), I'd like to think that this compilation reflects that declaration of diversity. I want to thank all the artists who've sent in their music and made USR a reality.
